European Cities Leading the Way in Sustainable Public Finances: The SLPF Project

Cities are crucial in tackling global challenges like climate change and sustainable development. Four leading cities - Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bordeaux, and Hamburg - have joined forces in the SLPF project to integrate the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their public financial systems. This collaboration aims to drive a sustainable future through innovative financial management. The SLPF project is a Technical Support Instrument (TSI) initiative funded by the European Commission, DG REFORM in partnership with KDZ – Centre for Public Administration Research, Expertise France, and I4CE (Institute for Climate Economics).

CAF Impact Study 2025 is out now!

The CAF Centre at KDZ recently presented the CAF Impact Study 2025 at the international CAF Practitioners network meeting. The study analysed the impact of the Common Assessment Framework on quality, change and innovation in public administrations. 2nd round of the EU Project Management Certified Program starts in March 2025!

The English-language EU Project Management Certified Program, offered by KDZ, EuroVienna, and FH Campus Vienna, provides you with the knowledge and tools to achieve these goals. Unlocking new opportunities for Ukrainian women

At KDZ, we are proud to support the Professional Integration HUB, which empowers Ukrainian women to succeed professionally in Austria. This internship programme, initiated and funded by the ERSTE Foundation, helps professionals integrate into the European labour market while contributing to Ukraine's post-war reconstruction and EU integration.
