New Digitalisation Report for the Western Balkans

Digitalisation report
As part of the BACID III project, KDZ researched current developments, best practices, but also gaps where the countries of the Western Balkans and Moldova still lack resources, political will or knowledge on digitalisation issues. The report was presented in October at the Western Balkans Digital Summit in Sarajevo in the presence of KDZ Managing Director Thomas Prorok. You can download the report and the presentation "Digital skills in the public sector" here.

For the first time standards for multi-level governance have been defined. These are set out in Principles 14 (Subsidiarity) and 32 (Fiscal Autonomy).
