🌟 Milestone Achieved: Giorce Petrov Municipality Advances CAF Journey with Consensus Workshop 🌟 In a momentous stride towards municipal excellence, the municipality of Giorce Petrov recently convened a pivotal CAF Consensus Workshop, igniting fresh momentum in its journey of continuous improvement. Over a span of two days, the participants immersed themselves in rigorous deliberations, meticulously assessing strengths, pinpointing improvement areas, and defining improvement measures to drive progress. The collective efforts of the CAF Self-Assessment group bore fruit as they identified a robust set of 89 actions for improvement as a basis for a comprehensive action plan that will be elaborated next month during another two-day workshop. This roadmap is supposed to guide the municipality's endeavors in the coming months, offering a clear direction towards tangible improvements across various domains. Heartfelt appreciation resounds for the engagement and valuable contributions of all workshop participants. Special recognition is extended to Nadica Mushijan from the municipality of Giorce Petrov for her meticulous preparation and organization of the event, ensuring its seamless execution, and to Igor Markovski from Regional School of Public Administration for his adept facilitation, which fostered enriching discussions and decisive outcomes. Moreover, a profound debt of gratitude is owed to the dedicated translators whose invaluable support ensured smooth communication bridging the gap between Macedonian and English languages enabling me to effectively contribute to the Workshop. I am already looking forward to embarking on the next phase of the CAF journey in April🚀🌟. The CAF implementation in Giorce Petrov is part of the #BACID program supported with funding from the Austrian Development Cooperation of the Austrian Development Agency.

11moGreat to read this! Nine years ago I started the first CAF process in Gjorche Petrov municipality and we developed the very first consensus based quick wins and long term actions! This is such a powerful tool that improves not only the quality of work, but the connections and trust among administrative staff and senior management. So well structured and logicall process, greatly designed!
